INGREDIENTS
  • 45ml 1919 Summer Pink Gin
  • 20ml Homemade nasturtium syrup
  • Fresh Granny Smith apple
  • 150ml East Imperial Royal Botanic Tonic
GARNISH
  • Candied nasturtium flower
METHOD

To make syrup simply combine equal parts water and sugar, with a splash of lemon juice in a medium-sized pot. Bring it to the boil then reduce to simmer. Add nasturtium petals and simmer gently for 1 hour then strain through a fine sieve.

Build in chilled Collins glass and stir gently.
