- 30ml Lighthouse Hawthorn edition
- 7.5ml Italicus
- 5ml Coffee Fernum
- Topped with East Imperial Yuzu Tonic
- Navel Orange coin
To make the coffee falernum: blanch almonds in water overnight, blend them with lime zest, lime juice, sugar, ginger, almond extract, cinnamon and touch of gin. After making the syrup infuse it with coffee beans.
Simple in looks but complex in taste.
