SANTIAGO SLING

INGREDIENTS
  • 35ml Blanco / white rum
  • 15ml Fresh grapefruit juice
  • 5ml Maraschino Liqueur
  • 2.5ml Talisker Whisky
  • East Imperial Burma Tonic Water
GARNISH
  • Lime wheel
  • Lemongrass
METHOD

Add rum, grapefruit juice, Maraschino Liqueur and whiskey to a shaker tin, fill with ice and shake hard. With a fine strainer, strain into a chilled highball glass packed with ice and top with East Imperial Burma Tonic Water. Garnish with a lime wheel and a lemongrass shoot.
