INGREDIENTS
  • 30ml Dancing Sands Dry Gin
  • 15ml Amaretto
  • 15ml Chambord
  • Top with East Imperial Tonic Water

Cinnamon stick

METHOD

First, light cinnamon stick with blow torch and place under upturned serving glass. Next, build ingredients in mixing glass with ice and stir. Grate burnt cinnamon around edge of serving glass and add ice. Finally pour from mixing glass and stir with cinnamon stick.
