POMELA

INGREDIENTS
  • 40ml Premium tequila
  • 15ml Fresh lime juice
  • 7.5ml Dark Creme de Cacao
  • East Imperial Grapefruit Tonic
GARNISH
  • Orange coin
METHOD

Add tequila, lime juice and Creme de Cacao to a shaker tin, pack with ice and shake hard. Strain into a chilled highball flute with a fine strainer and top with East Imperial Grapefruit Tonic. Garnish with an orange coin.
