MURPHY'S MULE

INGREDIENTS
  • 40ml Blended whisky
  • 5ml Creme de Apricot
  • 7.5ml Lime juice
  • 1 Dash Boston Bitters
  • East Imperial Mombasa Ginger Beer
GARNISH
  • Ruby Red Grapefruit slice
METHOD

Add whiskey, Creme de Apricot and lime juice to a chilled tall glass. Add a dash of Boston Bitters and pack with quality ice, then top with East Imperial Mombasa Ginger Beer. Garnish with a slice of fresh Ruby Red Grapefruit.
