INGREDIENTS
  • 30ml Cardrona ‘The Source’ Gin
  • 30ml Yuzushu (Yuzu sake)
  • 15ml Choya Kokuto plum wine (aromatic brown sugar plum wine)
  • Top with East Imperial Yuzu Tonic
GARNISH
  • Dehydrated yuzu wheel
METHOD

Build in a Collins glass and top with the tonic. Garnish with a dehydrated yuzu wheel.
