Hedgerow Sip

Ingredients

• 20ml / 2/3 oz. Red currant cordial
• 5ml / 1/6 oz. Lemon juice
• Top with East Imperial Superior Soda Water
• Pomegranate arils
• Lemongrass

Method

1. Clean and cut a length of lemongrass about one inch taller that your glass
2. Slice the end at an acute angle for presentation
3. Take a chilled short glass and add the red currant cordial and lemon juice, then pack with quality ice and top with East Imperial Superior Soda Water
4. Add a few pomegranate arils to the top and stir with the lemongrass stick
