BASIL SPRITZ

INGREDIENTS
  • 45ml Never Never Juniper Gin 
  • 30ml Fresh grapefruit juice
  • 30ml House made basil syrup
  • 30ml East Imperial Yuzu Tonic
  • 30ml Sartori Prosecco
GARNISH
  • Basil sprig
METHOD

To make basil syrup, combine water, sugar, and basil leaves in a small saucepan. Bring to a boil, stirring until sugar dissolves. Simmer for 1 minute. Remove from heat and let syrup steep, about 30 minutes.

Build in chilled stemless wine glass with lots of ice.
