- 45ml Never Never Juniper Gin
- 30ml Fresh grapefruit juice
- 30ml House made basil syrup
- 30ml East Imperial Yuzu Tonic
- 30ml Sartori Prosecco
- Basil sprig
To make basil syrup, combine water, sugar, and basil leaves in a small saucepan. Bring to a boil, stirring until sugar dissolves. Simmer for 1 minute. Remove from heat and let syrup steep, about 30 minutes.
Build in chilled stemless wine glass with lots of ice.
