INGREDIENTS
  • 30ml Barrel Aged Gin
  • 15ml Black Cherry Syrup
  • East Imperial Old World Tonic
  • Black Peppercorns
  • Cherry
GARNISH
  • Cinnamon Stick Smoke
METHOD

Freeze black pepper corns and single cherry in a large ice cube mould. Build in a rocks glass, add gin, then syrup then tonic over the top. Smoke the glass with the cinnamon stick.
