Spice Market

INGREDIENTS
  • 50ml London Dry Gin
  • East Imperial Tonic Water
GARNISH
  • Star anise
  • Orange peel
METHOD

Firstly fill a tall glass with quality ice. Add gin, top with tonic water and stir gently. Carefully cut a generous amount of orange peel, making sure to remove any pith from the inside and slide it down the side of the glass. Finally add one or two star anise to the top. Serve.
